Neptune Computer Technology will showcase the new Paws Explore: Numbers. Hosted by the friendly cat and dog characters of Kelly and Robbie, the title includes activities based on counting, rounding, estimation, place value, number order and number sequences. The title is suitable for 6-8 year olds and can be used unsupervised but also features extensive interactive whiteboard tools.

Cambridge-Hitachi has launched Task Maths Interactive - a series of CD-ROMs containing rich mathematical tasks for whole-class teaching and individual pupil use. Task Maths Interactive comprises four CDs to develop and enhance pupil's problem-solving and reasoning skills and consolidate their understanding of key mathematical concepts from the KS3 Programme of Study. The series includes Sequence Machines, Mathematical Art, Is it Possible? and Number Pyramids.

Network Educational Press aims to make maths go with a swing with the launch of That's Animated Maths. The program covers KS2 maths through a combination of words, songs and animated graphics. The musical theme includes jazz, swing, rock and rap with additional rhythm and rhyme to reinforce the learning objectives.

Lexia UK will launch the latest version of CAMI Maths - Primary, with full mapping to the National Primary Strategy for Maths. With the CAMI testing tool, teachers can design any number of tests, all of which are scored automatically to reduce teacher workload. Full reports can also be produced to indicate whether further teaching or just a little more practice is required.
Caves Mathematics

Caves Mathematics offers tuition programs covering most of the National Curriculum for Key Stages 2 and 3. Forty-two audiovisual lessons are recorded on four CDs providing a 15-minute tutorial interspersed with questions for the pupil to work. A new whiteboard-friendly system gives teachers more control over the presentations, and provides multiple choice, self-marking questions.
