Matt Cooper has a long history of involvement with the development of web-based media.

The internet was really in its youth when he first began coding in what is now quite primitive HTML, and his first endeavours were via the simple medium of Windows Notepad.

Since that first day in 1995, Matt has steadily built up his skills and is now expertly conversant with the languages of HTML, PHP, CSS, javaScript and XML and is fully equipped to offer the cutting edge in dynamic information architecture to meet the needs of the modern client.

He works with Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks, and Photoshop as the tools of his trade.
